So I went over to a guy's shop this afternoon, where I picked up...
A grinder...

http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0319.jpg
OF THE DELTA 1460!!!! Whoohoo!
http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0327.jpg
Complete with sanding table...

16-speed jackshaft
http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0312.jpg
Original motor...
http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0311.jpg
More accessories & tool holders
http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0316.jpg
http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0314.jpg
Some of which I don't know what they are...
http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0318.jpg
A whole bunch of measuring calipers
http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0325.jpg
And some tablesaw accessories
http://i78.photobucket.com/albums/j99/roadster280/1460/DSC_0324.jpg
And all for the princely sum of ... $220!
I am a happy bunny. I believe the lathe is a 1946 model by the serial number. A couple of thing I didn't know, the lathe is indexable, and the motor has instructions as to how to reverse the running direction by flopping two wires. I reckon if I run those out to a switch, I'll have an indexable, reversing 1460.
