61 year old begins swim from Cuba

61 year old Diana Nyad began her second attempt to swim from Cuba to the Florida Keys without a shark cage.

She is carrying the torch for us sexagenarians.

You go Girl!

Interesting name; the spelling is different, but a Naiad (same pronunciation) is a sea nymph. Appropriately named for the task ahead. Hope she does well.
