I am interested in making some bracelets and have a question about what jaws I need for my supernova2 chuck. I currently have the 50 and 100mm jaws. What size would you get for the bracelet project?

Not sure what bracelet project you refer to, but I think you would be most likely to use the 50mm for a variety of openings suitable for a bracelet...however, I think most folks use jamb chucks to hold the bracelets by friction when cleaning up the opposite side after parting. If you use the jaws directly, you could put one of those colored rubber bracelets you see people wearing for different causes as a cushion to keep from damaging the finish.

I use the 50mm on my SN2 for bracelets when I plan to save the center cutout for a matching pendant. Otherwise I just use a screw type bottle stopper chuck. It does need to have a small flat that the blank can set against to reduce wobble if you flip it around for the second side.

Here are a couple of youtube links by Bob Hamilton (bobham5)
Even though these are for napkin rings, the procedure would be the same. In essence he makes a wooden collet chuck, safe and quick.

I haven’t watched the entire second one yet but it looks like Bob adds a few new twists.
You can cut or drill you interior and go ahead and sand inside. Then part off the length you need and install on the collet to turn the outside.
Your tools are not near the jaws of your chuck and you have a good secure hold.
If my memory serves me the interior is about 2 3/8 and you won’t have a good grip with the
short steel jaws. If you cut the inside 1/4" deeper than needed, you can sand the full interior. You also do not need to flip it around on metal jaws for the inside or outside.
