Made this round clock and am really happy with it. Pictures hard to show it all. May have to do some more like it. It's a piece of "Tiger Caspi" according to the tag on the blank.

I'll include the flat clock as well, (even though it's not a turning) but am not really happy with the wood grain on the face of it. Design copied from a book. It's walnut with purple heart (and I think), beech inlays.

Comments always welcome and useful...

I don't get a lot of time in the summer as that is our busy time at work, but try to get a least a few things done.

Thanks

The round one is nicer even though the flat one took more effort. I think you were robbed by the weird pattern in the flat one. If not for that it would have been quite nice.

Both clocks are nice work. But I also really like your round clock!

Nice work. I like that you angled the flat part so the clock has a tilt to it.

very nice, hope to see more this winter, unless you head down to JK's to hunt gators

Nice work on both clocks! I do prefer the smaller, turned clock as it would fit on a shelf, dresser or just about anywhere!
