I have a Gerber Multi tool that is 20 years old. It was a replacement for another that I wore the center pin out after 12 years Gerber did the exchange free on it. the pouch just wore out on this one and I E mailed Gerber to get a price on a new pouch Donda from Gerber was quick to reply that If I E mailed her my address she would ship one to me free. I sent her my address and have my new pouch all within a week. Thank's to a very good company.
