Trunk of Burls

Last year I met a logger at the chainsaw store. He asked why I was buying such a big saw and I told him I was a woodturner. I asked him about burls and he said he would save them for me. I thought he was going to call me and he thought I was going to call him. Needless to say,he gave them to his neighbor who burned them!
This time I made sure to contact him and this is what he saved for me.
