Hope I'm not boring everyone. This one is about 4 1/2" high, 3 1/2" wide. Smaller mouth, more graceful (I hope) transition from body to mouth. Tried to tuck the bottom under some more.

Thanks for looking.

C & C always welcome.

Rich

Great looking HF Rich. Now if you want to really step outside the box try rubbing white spackling compount into all the open pores. Really rub it in. Sand it back using 320 and 400. Now it looks totally different;):):) Just one of my little tricks that sell:D:D

Rich - looks pretty good to me! We each have our own way of turning but when I turn hollow forms and vases, I try to make sure that the opening and the foot are never the same size. When they are - either the foot looks to big or the opening does... When you turn your next form, play around with ratios - like having the foot 2/3s of the opening, etc.

Nice work on the finish also!

like having the foot 2/3s of the opening...!

Unless you are hollowing through a 1" hole!

Yes, I am bored looking at your awesome HF. That is only becasue it is AWESOME and I keep coming back and looking at it over and over. Nice job. Hope to be there soon. What type of hollowing tool are you using?

Really nice looking HF. I agree with a smaller foot.

Nicely done. I really like the way the form and the grain of the wood complement each other.
