Please Share What You Pay for common Hardwoods in your area?

I find it interesting to note and be aware of the area and regional prices of lumber. Given what seem to be some pretty extreme discrepancies in costs it might make sense on one of my trips to bring a trailer and pick lumber up from whatever state I am in. Given that I buy from a number of sources from Dallas to Houston for cost and convenience I am quoting a range of costs for the few common lumbers I use most.
Black Walnut 4/4 (Grade - FAS/SEL) - $4.25 - $7.00
Red Oak 4/4 (Grade – FAS/SEL) - $2.25 bf to $3.00
White Oak Quarter Sawn 4/4 (Grade – FAS/SEL) - $3.95 - $5.00
White Oak Flat Sawn 4/4 (Grade - FAS/SEL) - $2.90 - $3.25
Polar flat sawn 4/4 (Grade - FAS/SEL) - $1.70 - $2.25
Pecan/Hickory flat sawn 4/4 (Grade - FAS/SEL) - $3.95
So if anyone can share what the price per bd. Ft. is for common lumbers from commercial or retail sources please feel free to add it to the thread and it might end up being a benefit for some. :)

Southern Ontario Canada: 400 bft of 4/4 poplar, random lengths 8' and over for $1.02/bft this past week. Pool purchasing with other WWKRs to meet price break quantities is effective if you are looking for smaller quantities in your shop but are after the best price. Ask where the price breaks are and also get your pricing from the area sales rep if you can. They are more motivated to sell than the order desk guys and you can always save money talking to them.

He doesn't really grade his lumber as his main business is pallet building but all in all it is pretty good lumber.
