Small newspaper that is. I was interviewed last week by our local county newspaper. Here is a copy of the article:cool:. Reprinted with permission of course:D. The newspaper subscriber base is probably only 3-4000 but it is a first. :rolleyes:

Thanks everyone, especially for the Navy service comments, I am proud to have served this great country. The seven years in the regular Navy (Vietnam service) and the 18 years in the reserves was some of the most memorable times of my life.

As to the article and recognition, it is always great to have your work recognized even if it is in a small local media. Just to give you a little more perspective on the article, the editor of the newspaper also happens to be the pastor of my church so I did have a little inside track on what was happening. His paper was doing a series of articles on artists/vendors that are associated with the new "Kentucky Market Pavilion" located here in Owingsville just off I64. This is the same place that I have my miniature birdhouses setup for sale. Have had a sale by the way and am hoping the article will help.
