For those that have either upgraded their heads or fixed a leaky gearbox, how did you replace the oil seal at the bottom of the speed gearbox? This is the one that the driving gear bolts to. I would like to replace the seal without disassembling the shift rod.
I was swapping my head to byrd, got the gearbox put back together and filled, took a lunchbreak before continuing and found it doing a little more than just weeping. Rather than continue I figure its better to order the necessary parts now and put it together once.
