Shop Fox Quick Release Bech Vise.....any good??

Hi All,

I was planning on picking up a Jorgensen QR bench vise, but found that Grizzly has a 7" and 9" shop fox QR vises for about 1/2 the price.

I'm a big believer in ya get what ya pay for most of the time. Anyone with any experience with these vices??

My 7" Shop Fox has served me well for 5 years.

I bought one 4 or 5 years ago, first time I used it, the half-nut stripped. I sent it back and ordered the simple bench vice instead. I'm usually quite please with Grizzly/Shop-Fox, but this one didn't work out. Hopefully it was just a lemon.
