Has anyone ever cut polystyrene sheet? It is less than an 1/8th thick and I want to use it to place my vinyl decals on for car window signs.

Looking at the makeup of the product I didn't see anything alarming, afterall is is used to hold our food (jello and pudding cups) and is recycleable, but never hurts to ask.

i have cut it a lot , we use it for stencils (solid not expanded styrene) , cuts ok , but if you use a lot of it , the machine insides get a white powdery deposit
The expanded stuff also cuts ok , but with a large cut gap (kerf width) due to melt.

Thanks Rodne...sounds like more cleaning, but that's ok if I can get these cut. Going to use them for car window signs then use our Roland printer for the printed vintyl designs on them after I cut them out.
