Corian price increase

Anyone else get their new price list for Corian? It's a substantial increase in pring. From $75 to $105 more per sheet, depending on the group. That's a hefty price increase. That's a 27% increase on the "A" series.

has anyone looked at the alternatives, like LG, or Formica, I'm sure there are more.

Last time I looked at one of their competitors, they were substantially more than Corian. I suspect now, they are about the same price.

I'm used to 3,4,5,6% increases in material cost, but this one is a doozy of an increase. Looks like everyone's finished product prices are about to go up!

I will contact Central Supply this morning and see what I can find out. I expect we are using the same supplier but I may be able to find out what happened.....I need to place another large order anyway for the next building at CNU.

Keith, the letter said it was a price increase from DuPont. The Out of Warehouse prices are now :

A - $350
B - $435
C - $560
D - $660
E - $730

or the drop ship price (you pay shipping or delivery) is :

A - $325
B - $405
C - $520
D - $610
E - $680
