I am looking for a tubular skylight in my area. Over internet found a few companies and sent requests for appt. Got response from JJ, owner of Skylight Doc, that he will be on business trip and vacation and won't be able to help me in my time frame. He recommend his competitors.
I think this is a best example how service can be done.

I have half a dozen of the 14" ones they sell at Lowes. You might check them out. One tip: the longer the tube, the better it works. They recommend no shorter than 24", which I have in three places because of vaulted ceilings. The others with 48" tubes are noticeably more efficient, although the 24" is great. People walk into our bathroom, and think the light is on.
