THAT'S IT!!! I refuse to put any more bids on chisels on IX-NAY until you've fulfilled your craving. I'd hate to be the one to drive the prices up on chisels knowing that one of the creekers is bidding as well...especially a restoration specialist such as yourself.

I guess you won't rest until you find some "eighth" sizes to complete some of those other sets...so I'll concentrate on used butterfly nets for now...

I looked at those too and had considered making an attempt to snipe it at the end. Then I remembered that I don't have a lathe and I've never made a handle.

BTW, I would bet that you could take some of those chisels, clean them up, sharpen em and add those "oh so nice" cocobolo handles you've been making and score big bucks to support your habit.

Prior to this, had you ever worked with a lathe?
