epilog help

hi All
Was cutting a job this evening and had one more line to cut and the laser died.
Was cutting just great and stopped, the fans and all are still working but the control panel lights went out and the head moves as it does when turned off. Any ideas? sure would like to get some more done tonight and tomorrow. Have a big show in a week and it seems to do this before one every time.

On the Helix there are two trip switches near to the on/off button at the side of the machine. Inside the machine onthe right handside I think there is another. This sounds to me like it could be a motherboard issue.

talked to support this morning and they say what I was not hopping for,the mother board died in the middle of the cut. Have new one on the way so should be back to running in the morning.

Not that it's fun to have a motherboard go, but isn't it nice to be able to be up in running in
less than 24hrs!
