:o I wasn't going to mention it here but with all the other gloats going on I kinda felt left out. Between my friend who I collaborate with & myself we sold 4 small collaborative s in the instant gallery too. They were smaller low priced pieces but it still felt good to known that someone else had a appreciation for them.

Joe, I think there were a lot of us that had appreciation for them!! I thought all of them were very nice pieces, and I am not surprised some of them sold. Apparently, the "buying market" was off considerably at the symposium - otherwise, I am confident most, if not all of them, would have sold.

Congratulations - well deserved! You guys do very nice stuff.
Looks like lil missie is flying in for her family reunion and I get to hold the fort. I'll definitely give you a heads up when I get back that way.

Thanks Steve. & I must say it was a pleasure to meet you in St Paul.
The Maple & Blue one was donated to the EOG auction. It was one of the top 65 highest priced ones of the silent auction & got to go the the live auction. They took the 65 pieces with the highest bids over to the live auction where they started the auction with the last bid from the silent auction and they were bid up from there. So it sold with proceeds going to the EOG fund.
Then we sold all 4 of the small vessels we had there 3 of which are pictured here.
Congrats Joe!

Doesn't feel good when someone parts with that green stuff to buy one of your pieces?

It kind of validates what you are doing.
