Jewelers Screwdriver Blade Help

Does anybody know if there exists someone who makes a #00 phillips head screwdriver blade that will fit a Starrett 555 screwdriver handle? The Starrett catalog only has slotted blades and a #0 phillips listed and my googling skills have failed me.

I could make it if a screw was supplied,but it wouldn't be real inexpensive. 1 off machining jobs always take time.

Is that the size of the screws in eyeglass frames ? If so, they might fit the Starrett holder.

I've never seen any in my glasses except slotted screws.
