I just found out that American Woodworker is using a telemarketer who seems to call a couple of times a day to get me to renew my subscription. (330-492-2913).

When I finally called back to see who this company was, a nice customer service said I will be removed from their call list; we will see.

My next call is to American Woodworker to explain to them, politely, that there is no way I will ever buy their magazine again.

yeah I guess signing up on the donotcall.gov doesnt always work. My phone still rings couple times a day at night, I just dont answer my home phone, use it for alarm only.

Did it ever work? NO. And the idiots that made the law don't care. (Not being political, but I'm ticked off over it).

The only reason we have a landline is for me to send my pacemaker readings every now and then. I'm to the point where I'll tell the Doctors to forget it, or for them to find a way to send them over the I-net. If not, they can get me a cell phone to do it.
