I've had my Zing 24 for about two years now and I love it.
Engraving Rubber and cutting leather and such. We call it the stinkwerkz.

Nothing like popping down into the workshop and knocking off some engraved Wine Glasses right before running out the door for dinner with the family on Fathers Day. It drives my girlfriend insane as I pull amazing gifts and other things off at the last minute.

I want to engrave some shot glasses for my Brothers 50th birthday and I need some guidance.

How do you hold such a small item on the Zing rotary and get it in focus and prevent it from falling off the rotary?

Any tricks to share?

As a side note, someday I'd like to modify the rotary to add a chuck to hold small items from one side I'd like to do this for pens and other such narrow material that will not hold well on the wheels at this time.

Thanks in advance.

Mike

I found it. There was a little wheel that clamps onto the Rotary that I forgot all about. I'll see if that will hold em down.

Thanks.

Michael
It does hold them down
I've done quite a few and it works fine
even had to make a new wheel (smaller) to fit
inside the glass to hold it firm
I've put nature scenes on them with matching wine bottles
