Wonder Fence flatness?

the face of my wonder fence is not flat. it seems slightly convex vertically on my outfeed side. with the straightedge flat against the top and middle of the fence there is .0015" space at the bottom.
is this a common problem folks have had? does this seem like too much to you folks?

i've been trying to joint boards and thought i had finally gotten everything shimmed square, but the boards are still coming out not perfectly square....cupping up when clamping boards edge to edge.

I've had some extrusions from Incra that shouldn't have passed QA. They were genuinely concerned when I emailed them and were very quick to supply replacement parts. I would contact them (or Woodpecker) directly.

.0015" is half the thickness of a sheet of paper. Do you have your decimal in the right place? I can't imagine how .0015" would cause any problems, but perhaps I'm not understanding the setup?
