Hello,

Would blue acrylic be ok for outdoor use? Or is there some where I could get some out door stuff must be blue and 1/4 inch.

Acrylic is an outdoor durable product, it's used as faces for backlit signs and channel letters all the time. The colors, such as blue will fade in time but depending on the climate, expect 5-10 years. A lot of sun will fade it faster so it last a lot longer here in Seattle than in Phoenix.

Thanks Joe,

That's what I thought but I wanted to check here with some pros,

I've used Blue acrylic in the past and it seems to hold up well.

I think Krylon has blue in the Fusion line, is painting it a possibility?

the Fusion doesn't really hold well to acrylic sheet. I've put it on acrylic and
it will peel off in one large skin. I think if it is used in a place where there is
no physical contact with any moving parts it might be OK, but I think that
over time, even wind might remove it. YMMV, of course.

Fusion is fine for indoors, like wall lettering, but I wouldn't use it outdoors on acrylic.
