Mark 1 spray gun

I just picked up a mark 1 spray gun and I don't have the faintest idea if it is a good gun , junk or if it will even shoot poly. Anything that you might be able to tell me about it would be very helpful.

Jim is it made by Binks (Mach 1)?? Gravity feed or pressure feed?Either way if it is Binks,then it is a good gun.If it is a Mark 1 then I imagine its a play on words.If your spraying WB paint then make sure that the needle and other parts are stainless,if your only spraying oil base paints then aluminium will be alright.What help me to learn alittle on spray guns was to spray water playing with the settings and see what change such as the fan and then the fluid.Good Luck----Carroll
