Are ABS and Acetal acrylic OK for laser engraving? Basically are any of the plastics on this page NOT good for laser engraving? I know the PVC isn't good, but wasn't sure about any of the other ones. Thanks!

What page?
As far as safety is concerned, for both you and your machine, you want to stay away from vinyls and products that are pvc or have a high pvc content. Generally acrylics are just fine for cutting and engraving, but be advised that results may vary widely. There was a thread on here just this week relative to ABS.

Take a look at the Synrad applications site. http://synrad.com/search_apps/application_briefs/12-2.htm

Everything there except the last two..the PVC items. Some of it may not work very well though, polycarbonates for example. You don't say what type of machine you have, so I will assume that super thick acrylic is out too. I have 40 watts and I can struggle through 1/2" acrylic, 1/4" fairly good, 1/8 very good.
