Does anybody have any random stuff in DXF or Coreldraw. What I mean is this: You always have unused space left on a panel. I spend hours filling this space to the brim with random "stuff" - stars, hearts, letters, suns, moons, cats, dogs etc. I start by filling the excess areas with large items, then smaller and smaller until all the space is taken up. The stuff is then put out to be sold at flea markets and to be used for scrap booking.

The problem that I am having is that I am having to create all this stuff now. I have collected lots of artwork but of course as it is brought into use it needs to be checked to ensure that there are'nt any issues like significant bits falling apart.

(hence my interest in auto nesting programs)

The site below has been posted several times on this forum as a place to download fun patterns. Check their archives.

Adrian, when I want to cut some fun shapes, I often look at the Dingbat fonts... animals, band instruments, bicycles, etc.

I like the idea of using fonts. Check out www.dafont.com (http://www.dafont.com)

lots & lots & lots of great FREE stuff (even lots of stencil fonts scattered amongst the other fonts)
