A customer asked me if I could engrave an 18" long canon. He said that it was either steel or iron painted black. My initial thought is that if it is (best case scenerio) steel, it could be done with cermark, but the paint would have to be removed first. I have no experience with iron whatsovever. Any thought on if and how this could be tackled? THanks!
