I just wanted to send some praise in the direction of Rob Millard. I ordered some oval fan inlays from his website for the legs of a table I am making. During the final leveling and sanding, I managed to barely sand through one of the fans.....very sick feeling indeed when I saw the leg substrate looking up at me.
I discussed possible solutions with Rob, and ended up sending him a rubbing of the leg/inlay. Within 2 weeks he had another custom made fan out to me (same price as the others) ever so slightly larger than the one I sanded through. I inlayed it this morning. Tomorrow I will carefully level and move on.
What a great resource, help, and customer support!
