Has anyone turned this wood/sticks? How did it turn?

Here's how it's made

John, I am not familiar with it, but it appears that they do not sell the product itself - only the proprietary jewelry made from it. It looks interesting, but unless you have found an independent source, it doesn't appear any of us will have the opportunity to try it.

John, I replied on AAW also, but I gotta tell ya again, that is the neetest thing I have ever seen.

I scoured their site and I dont find any link to buying a block of this. Looks like they are only selling finished products. :(

I sent them an email requesting the ability of buying a raw block, but we will see. I would like to turn a vessel of some sort using this product.

Never turned it, but it is neat looking stuff. I would think you could make something similar using any type of small twig or dowel, but there would be a fair bit of labor involved.

The FAQ page says they do not sell it in raw form essentially.

I imagine you could talk some of the pen casters into doing something similar. It's essentially just heat/pressure/bonder and a bunch of dyed sticks.

Darn it, I can't find anything either, looked interesting, well back to wood.
