I ordered a Veritas small crosscut saw and a Buck Bros. chisel from Craftsman Studio on 6/1. I got an immediate reply from Bill to a subsequent dumb question, and today got the package in the mail. Big honking handle and strong tang on that chisel. I'll hone it this weekend and try it. Only my second order from Craftsman, but totally satisfying. Just a customer, no other relationship.
