I originally was planing to make a small cherry table. After i messed up some of the parts i decided to use walnut. It really came out better than i expected.Sometimes my mistakes take me down roads i would have never thought of.Its kinda busy, most of my stuff is plain but i like it.Thanks for looking.Comments welcome. Beautiful table Andrew. I really like the beading detail and the walnut is extraordinary.

Wow - great job with the walnut! The figure looks great.

How about a close up of the apron-to-leg joint? It's a little tough to see exactly what you did there.

Thanks matt i dont have the table here at my shop right now took it up to my daughters home. The joint at the lower rail and leg is called a masons miter and gun stock joint.I like to use draw bore to pull the tenon into the mortice.Kind hard to clamp and keep everything square. If you go to albums in my profile page i have a close up of the joint in walnut maybe its better pic since my wife took it for me.Thanks again
