Guys,
Just saw this ad for sale in my area. Is it worth $700?
I've been saving for a Delta 46-460 and happened to see this. Should I keep saving?

The lathe is a Delta 46-715 -- 14 inch swing with swing out power head. It's about 5 years old. The accessories include the below chuck with extra set of jaws, about 10 different chisels that I paid anywhere from $20 to $ 80 a piece for. A couple of face plates, light and a couple of calipers. Includes the chuck below.
