Recommended settings?

I just purchased some laser foil and wanted to know what settings to use with my 40w Epilog Zing24. TIA!!!!!

I used 100s/50p/300dpi (on weak 45 watt Epilog). In the end I thought the foil was kinda neat, but I have yet to find a paying job using it.
