I think you'll want to watch this trailer and the
documentary that it is advertising. Sounds like
a terrific project to me. Nice to think about on
this Memorial Day weekend.

Keith Leibovitz's youngest nephew is working on a project for WW II
veterans, and enclosed is a trailer.

They are trying to get 50,000 people to watch this before Memorial Day.
It is pretty poignant and is one of Seth's projects. Kindly forward it so
more can view it. You will need to watch the whole thing to be counted;
it's only 2 min long......very moving!

Seth has been working on a full-length feature documentary about a
program to honor WWII vets and has now released a trailer, and it would
really help out if you watched it in full, and spread it around to other
folks who would enjoy it. Working on this has been a very emotional
experience, because the story is so, so powerful. I think you'll agree.

The Stars and Stripes Honor Flight out of Milwaukee has done an outstanding job with getting as many WWII vets to Washington as they can. They did a phone bank in association with WTMJ Radio and WTMJ TV yesterday and raised over $50,000 in just a few hours. Hats off to all that make it possible. Truly a worthy cause.

My father was a submariner in the Pacific during WWII and in September 2009 was part of an Honor Flight group from the Rochester, NY area. He was greatly moved by the trip and the wonderful treatment they received. My Mother, who was a Navy cryptographic yeoman, was also offered the opportunity to go but chose not to. I am extremely proud of the service that both of them offered our country. I met many Honor Flight folks at the WWII Memorial when I was in DC during November 2009 for our CAP Marine Veterans Association reunion.
