Does anybody have any experience with the Freeman 23 ga. pinner and 18 ga. brad nailer from Woodcraft? They have a sale on this and the pricing is right up my alley. While I realize it isn't a Grex, is it any good?

IIRC the Freeman shoots up to 1" pins. If that's enough and you want an inexpensive pinner, the Harbor Freight one is actually a great buy. I have the HF and the only reason I want to replace it is that I want to shoot 1-3/8" pins. I've been looking at a Grex and the Bostitch.

I've got the HF pin nailer too. It works well, i actually use grex pin nails in it...

I do have the Freeman. I got it on sale for $20 or $30 a while back. I've only used it to play with it, and it is a nice little nailer! Feels VERY well built. I have a couple HF nailers and I love them, but the Freeman just feels like it is much higher quality...
