Not much use plus a full set of bits in the handle. $10. I scrubbed it a little with scotchbrite, lubbed the bearing and cleaned the chuck. My other drill had chuck issues so I am pleased.

Peace,

Nice find.:) I was given one last year and love it. Picked up another with a full set of bits for $5.:D For small holes I reach for them instead of my cordless drills.

I picked up a No 5 last year for $15, no set of bits, but it is an older model then that one and in equally good shape. I love mine and use it often for drilling small holes where precession is needed, epically with depth.

One of the most used tools in my shop. I absolutely love using my eggbeater Miller Falls. Mine is a 77A I believe with the enclosed gear housing. Picked up for $5.

I was and am still looking for a No. 2 such as that one in good shape. Very nice find and you'll reach for that thing constantly.

beauty. My only eggbeater right now is a very late model no 2-01, (it came boxed, it was military surplus that sat around?) A little fettling and runs great, but it just doesn't have the craftsmanship that the proper vintage ones have. Rough castings and poor paint jobs. And I've got a lot of work to do to get it having the nice patina that these do.
