Help with font design needed

Can someone please explain how to put an offset outline around a font and can you tell me what font was used. Thanks Ereryone195202

In a quick search I did not find a font match. It's possible that this is a stylized logo done by modifying an existing font you can replicate it by drawing an outline of the bitmap.

If you choose to do that then the contour tool will get you the rest of the way.
