Frank Ricci at Chewbarka can fix you up on anodized. I use his stuff regularly. He already has the dies.

That's not custom--a 1x3 anodized tag may not be in their catalog but they have the dies ready to go and probably have some inventory.

They will make custom stuff as well--you have to pay the die cost.

Tim,

Horizons imaging has durablack aluminum that may be suitable for your application. They have released additional colors of alumamark no so long ago.

For this you will need metal shear and cut it your self to the size you need. Check ebay for the shear if you don't have one.
I have seen one almost brand new just yesterday on ebay.
