Those of you in need of Nova "stuff"

I wanted to take a moment to tell all of you about a great experience I had with Bob Gadd at Woodworker's Specialties. I have purchased all of my Nova chucks and accessories from him. His service has always been great along with the pricing. I had a problem with a defective Nova Titan that I bought some time ago. It has since been discontinued but Bob spoke to the owner of the company and arranged a replacement... I highly recommend him!
Service like this is uncommon now a days. When I have a great experience with a company, I like to share. When I have a BAD experience.. like with my past Sears Craftsman... I like to share

I've dealt with Bob several times, I found his packages (chuck, plus multiple jaw sets, plus accessories) to be an excellent deal. Bob has an e-Bay store also.
I also meet him once in the actual store
