I've been buying sanding discs from my local supplier, the sand paper quality is excellent. The only trouble I'm having is making holes in the discs for dust collection.
I was wondering what you guys do?
I've been using a craft paper punch... which is somewhat cumbersome.

The old saying is... Stepping over the dollars to pick pennies.

Buy them prepunched is what everyone I know does. Can't beat the price and quality of Industrial Abrasives...

I guess I should have mentioned, the sand paper I get is KLINGSPOR, I've used Industrial Abrasives before.

It probably doesn't help you, but I use my laser to take large sheets of paper (often from rolls for large belt sanders) and cut the size I need with the desired pattern of holes. Each pad takes <10 seconds to cut, and with my 18x24 bed I can get quite a few pads from one sheet.
