Oops !!!!!

I dropped my Incra 1000HD miter gauge from about table saw height and it landed on the corner of it's fence on the concrete floor. I tried to re-calibrate it per the owners manual but to no avail, it looked as though I would have bite the bullet and buy a new one.
I emailed Customer Support at Incra and Mark Mueller responded almost immediately. The long and short of it is he helped me get the thing back in working order even though it took most of the day.
