Curved scraper burnishing??

Got the card scraper down, but on my next project, an English longbow for my daughter, I'm going to have to breakout the gooseneck and radius scrapers. What's the best way to sharpen/burnish these things? Preferable, something that does not require purchase of any new, specialized tools.

It is the same ...burnisher and a 1/2 round file to square...hold it at 90 degrees.
