I saw this in the June Fine Woodworking magazine. The proportions are right and the price is reasonable. It a pretty sweet set up.

Wow, that's living the dream ain't it? The price seems very fair for a quality setup, quality appartment, and close-to-the-beach (and furniture school) location.

That apartment is barely smaller than my house. My "shop" is in the basement that is under about 2/3 of my house, and a good chunk of that is taken up by furnace, water heater and washer/dryer.

If I want to rip something longer than two feet on the table saw I have to move the planer. If I want to re-saw something longer than 18 inches on the band saw I have to move the dust collector. I can't even explain what I have to do with the jointer.

Beautiful area for sure...not sure the missus would agree to do this, however! :D
