Anyone Heard of an Upcoming Jet Sale?

I've been looking on Craig's List for the last couple of months looking for a used Jet 16-32 drum sander with no success and am thinking of buying a new one. Everyone seems to have it for the same price right now so I'm wondering how long I might have to wait until someone has a sale on Jet power tools?

The last one was St. Patrick's Day (15% off). I haven't heard anything but will also probably buy a 16-32 during the next sale. Last December was 20% off.

Are you in Southern CA? The local dealer in Montclair just had their spring sale and everything was 20% off, with some items above that. Most of the Jet equipment was 22-23% off. Their next sale would be Fall.

Inventory levels must be sorting themselves out even though the economy still feels desperate here. The Delta Unisaw, Bosch Glide saw and other hot items were more like 25% off in the last sale. Glide saw was $619 this time and was $588 in Winter sale.

I am not 100% sure, but I think they had a sale last year around Father's Day.
Can you call a Jet dealer, like Tool's Plus and ask them? Tool's Plus has given people notice about a sale coming up before.

Yes, but 25% off the sand paper is nothing to sneeze at if you plan to stock up.

The best price I found on my not-on-sale JJP-12HH late last year was at Tool Nut. Give Sean a call and see what he can do. Mine included free residential liftgate delivery, but it wouldn't be any big deal for 2 guys to lift a 16-32 out of the back of a truck too.
