Got a job this week for a little trim work, and crown molding on the kitchen cupboards... I've only got the trim work done in the stairway thus far.. but am very pleased with how it turned out :)

Looks good. I like the way you used the wider moulding under the shelf. I'll have to keep that in mind for the future.

I'm glad I could help! In case you're wondering the trim I used for under the ledges was just a colonial style baseboard with the bottom of the baseboard trimmed off. If that makes sense.. haha And thank you for your compliment! :)
