About two weeks ago I posted a complaint about Carter customer service. Kim Tompkins a senior rep from Carter contacted me and resolved the problem with no cost to me. I am now very satisfied with the result and happy with the stabilizer. I didn't want to leave it as a problem that was not addressed. Good product and excellent customer service.
