Hi Everyone.....I'm sure this is a really stupid question, but I am trying to downsize a logo I just had to redraw and when I try to do so, my lines get all squished:(

Is there an easy way to get them to maintain their proportions when downsizing?

Thanks in advance!

How about changing the line width? Might work.

Hi Kimmy,

Yes, that's what I've been doing up till now, but it's kind of a bit time consuming....I was just wondering if there was an easier way....I option I could select.

Do you have your proportional lock icon "locked"?

Hi Larry,

Do you mean if I go to Arrange....transformations....and then scale.....do you mean unclick the box that says proportional?

When you have your object selected, at the top of your screen, on the property bar, you will have a window where you can input your dimensions. To the right of that window is a little icon that looks like a lock. When you click it, it will close. When you resize your logo, it maintains proportion. I think this is what your asking.

Brie-Anne, if you are having issues with outlines, it could be that you need to open object manager, select the object, right click and choose object properties. From there check off the scale with image box. Maybe that is the cause of your problems. Good luck!

Brie-Anne, all I did was click the "scale with image" in the object properties.
