A quick Corel X3 issue.

I am having a difficult time with what had become a fairly easy process. When I import a bitmap and mirror it for engraving on the back of glass it is no problem. The minute I add text, the bitmap will mirror but the text will not. It displays the text as vertically mirrored not horizontally as I need it to. I have tried grouping and ungrouping, utilizing the vertical mirror and horizontal mirror tool but with text...no go. Suggestions ??

Try converting the text to curves.

At the top of your CD page, between the page view and the units, there are two buttons. One will flip the text horizontally, the other vertically and you can use both on one text block if you like.

Also, make sure you're not using Paragraph text. You want to use Artistic Text any time you want to flip like that. Paragraph text does some odd things.
