I love to see it when woodworkers recycle goods that would otherwise be thrown out. I have had my eye out for old bowling alley for awhile, but none has surfaced! Darn it!

Great job!

Tom,

That is great. I am about to make a new outfeed table myself however not out anything nice as that. I was trying to decide whether it would be easier to use my TS with a dado blade or to use my router to make the continuation of my miter slots.

Did you use either of these methods or another possibly easier way?

Thanks for the input.

Good job, Tom. Looks like you got yourself a "two-fer" on reclaiming stuff. First, the bowling alley material and second, you've reclaimed some additional *organized* storage underneath! Efficient!:)

I clamped my sacrafical fence to the table saw fence extending out over the aux. table and routed the grooves a little wider and deeper than the t-slots. I drilled holes into the back iron on the tablesaw fence and dropped a couple bolts through to hold the table so it won't roll away. John I still need to add doors to the front to cover up and keep dust out.
