Trying out Corel X5 after using Corel 12 for a long time.
Like it so far. Found some good things to use. Do many name badges
every week and cutting them out on X5 is much easier than on 12.

I cant seem to find the line spacing dialog box.
Someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks! :)

It's under the "text" menu, "Paragraph Formatting"

Hi Tony,
If I understand you correctly, you are looking for spacing out lines in a paragraph. On your text menu at the top choose paragraph formatting. From there you can space out the lines by percentage of the character height. I hope that's what you're looking for!

Or just use the shape tool and drag the text down or up??

Yes, sorry i wasnt a little more specific. The inter line spacing as I call it from the years of using New Hermes.

Thanks!!

Gee Tony, Too bad there isn't a local seminar you can attend to learn this stuff!
;)

Contact me at your convenience and we'll arrange a GoToMeeting session to review this and other stuff in X5 but you will find this setting in the Paragraph Formatting docker (under the Text tab on the header menu).

Happy Easter to you and your family,

Select the text, then Click the node select button, and drag the left icon down. You can drag the right icon to space out the letters, or hold shift while dragging to space out the words... It's the same in 12!
