Laserpro Mercury 1- Out of Paper?

Hi gang;
I have a Laserpro Mercury1. I just changed from a 2 to a 4 inch lens and must have changed something else is the Setup procedure because now I'm getting an "out of Paper" indication from my print driver and the laser will not accept any files. Tried rebooting everything but no joy. Anyone run into this before or have a suggestion? Thanks

Have you tried putting some paper in it and see if that makes it happy? :D:rolleyes:

Sounds like you may need to reload the drivers.

Problem solved
Pet python likes to curl up under the laser for warmth-loosened the comm cable when Charlie, my granddaughters mongoose was chasing him.
Actually, the cable just loosened -probably due to vibration from the blower.
